start your own football business

Hey Guys! Luke Chadwick here! After my pro football career, I became one of the first Football Fun Factory franchisees – and now a Director.

Football Fun Factory is the UK’s #1 children’s football coaching organisation, with 110+ franchises across the UK & Ireland.

If running your own football business excites you, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll meet me on an initial Zoom call – relaxed, informal, and completely pressure-free.

Time for What
Really Matters

Dale has recently joined the Football Fun Factory as a Management Franchisee in Northampton.

His biggest motivation was family. After years of coaching every hour possible and spending far too much time commuting, he realised he was missing out on the moments that mattered most.

Becoming a franchisee has given him the chance to put his family first while still pursuing his passion for football. His lifestyle has been transformed — more time at home, more balance, and no regrets about lost time.

franchise FAQ'S

A franchise is a ready-made, proven business model where you’ll license the know-how, procedures, intellectual property and use of the Football Fun Factory brand. The Football Fun Factory franchise means that you lead your very own FFF community, operating a football coaching franchise business, delivering our truly unique, fun and exciting football experiences.
During term time you’ll have a programme of sessions for children aged 18 months to 5 years and for 5 to 12 year olds. During the daytime you’ll spend your time administering, marketing and promoting your experiences, as well as collaborating with other franchisees. In the school holidays your franchise will deliver our fun and exciting Football Fun Camps. You’ll also have the ability to deliver birthday parties and events.
At the Football Fun Factory your success is our success! The more children that attend your programmes, the more profit you make and in turn, the more successful the overall organisation becomes. We pride ourselves on setting our franchisees up for success, with a first-class onboarding and initial training programme and intense support over the first 3 months. After the 3 month launch phase you’ll receive continued support through development meetings with our Head Office team and weekly team meetings with the other franchisees.
There are two main types of fees associated with franchising. The initial franchise fee covers the setup costs of your business including your very own set of football inflatables! You’ll be charged a monthly ‘service management fee’ for the ongoing support you’ll receive to help make your business a success. The monthly fees are charged as a percentage instead of a fixed fee, meaning that we grow together and that you will only need to pay fees that you can afford.
The best thing about being a business owner is that you are in control of your earning potential! As part of the recruitment process we will share the FFF business plan with you, as you develop your understanding of how the franchise works and the rewards it can bring. The sky is the limit with regards to your earning potential and many of our franchisees are earning far more from their business than they have in previous job roles elsewhere. The great thing about the business model is that earning more money doesn’t have to mean working more hours. It’s a case of maximising participation across your programmes to deliver a healthy financial result and we’ll be there every step of the way to support you in your journey.
If you submit the enquiry form on this page our Director Luke Chadwick will be in touch to share some more information and our Franchise Information Guide. Once you’ve had a read through the document you will have the opportunity to meet Luke for an initial Zoom call or face to face meeting. The recruitment process will include a number of meetings, both online and face to face. We’d love to hear from you and the very least you’ll gain from submitting your enquiry is the chance to find out more and connect with the Football Fun Factory team.
