Parent FAQ'S

At the Football Fun Factory, we get some frequently asked questions from parents that are listed below. If your question doesn’t appear in the boxes below, please contact your local Head Coach and we will get back to you ASAP!

First, you should submit an enquiry, listing the details for the event. Your local Head Coach will then be in touch by email within 48 hours to begin arranging your event. Once a package, date and location has been agreed you can pay a deposit to secure the booking. Your Head Coach will then be on hand to answer any questions that you may have in the lead up to the event.
Your event will be delivered by your local superstar Head Coach. Depending on your requirements, the Head Coach may be supported by an assistant coaching team.
Each package can be any duration up to the amount of time stated above and can be facilitated as you wish. For example, at an awards ceremony you may wish for there to be a break in the activities.
We have good knowledge of local sports venues and if you require some support in this area, please indicate this on your enquiry form.
We can offer a more standard/traditional football event, which will give you more flexibility with outdoor venues. We can quote for this and create a bespoke package for you.
Our inflatable experiences are predominantly offered indoors. The Inflatable Pitch and Inflatable Dartboard can be used outdoors, but these events will be subject to fair weather and may be cancelled if it rains or is too windy. The Inflatable Goal cannot be used outdoors.
Yes, absolutely! Whilst we have packages in place, we appreciate that you may want something slightly different. We’ll work with you to create the best possible experience for your organisation.
No, you will be responsible for any catering that you desire as part of your Football Fun Factory event.
