"FROM RETAIL TO COACHING OVER 700 CHILDREN"

With my previous career in retail you may think it’s a big change but what surprised me most, was how much of my experience carried over.

In retail, every day brought unexpected challenges or last-minute changes. I had to think on my feet, adapt quickly, and still make sure the store was safe, presentable, and running smoothly. That mindset didn’t stay behind when I swapped the shop floor for the football pitch.

Now, as a football coach, I coach hundreds of children every week, and carry the same level of responsibility, but with even greater purpose. I’m not just running sessions; I’m creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

"since launching the growth has been incredible"

At the Football Fun Factory, creating a true sense of belonging is everything. I want every child and every parent to feel like an essential part of our community — because they are. The smiles, the fun, and the connections built in our sessions are what make this environment so special.

Across seven camps, we’ve welcomed close to 2,000 children, and they keep coming back. I’m especially proud to provide a safe, enjoyable space where girls can fall in love with the beautiful game just as much as anyone else.

This really is football reinvented. Our three unique inflatables make the game even more exciting and accessible, and they play a huge role in helping every child feel included, valued, and eager to return.

"A HUGE IMPACT IN MY LOCAL COMMUNITY"

The impact in my community has been huge, I’m even recognised when I’m out and about. But for me, it’s never been about personal recognition; it’s about the families and the sense of community. I’m proud to make a difference for a wonderfully diverse community and to offer something positive that everyone can be part of.

I’ve seen children grow in confidence and play with genuine smiles on their faces. Regardless of their ability, every child deserves that chance and opportunity, and that’s exactly what the Football Fun Factory provides.

franchise FAQ'S

A franchise is a ready-made, proven business model where you’ll license the know-how, procedures, intellectual property and use of the Football Fun Factory brand. The Football Fun Factory franchise means that you lead your very own FFF community, operating a football coaching franchise business, delivering our truly unique, fun and exciting football experiences.
During term time you’ll have a programme of sessions for children aged 18 months to 5 years and for 5 to 12 year olds. During the daytime you’ll spend your time administering, marketing and promoting your experiences, as well as collaborating with other franchisees. In the school holidays your franchise will deliver our fun and exciting Football Fun Camps. You’ll also have the ability to deliver birthday parties and events.
At the Football Fun Factory your success is our success! The more children that attend your programmes, the more profit you make and in turn, the more successful the overall organisation becomes. We pride ourselves on setting our franchisees up for success, with a first-class onboarding and initial training programme and intense support over the first 3 months. After the 3 month launch phase you’ll receive continued support through development meetings with our Head Office team and weekly team meetings with the other franchisees.
There are two main types of fees associated with franchising. The initial franchise fee covers the setup costs of your business including your very own set of football inflatables! You’ll be charged a monthly ‘service management fee’ for the ongoing support you’ll receive to help make your business a success. The monthly fees are charged as a percentage instead of a fixed fee, meaning that we grow together and that you will only need to pay fees that you can afford.
The best thing about being a business owner is that you are in control of your earning potential! As part of the recruitment process we will share the FFF business plan with you, as you develop your understanding of how the franchise works and the rewards it can bring. The sky is the limit with regards to your earning potential and many of our franchisees are earning far more from their business than they have in previous job roles elsewhere. The great thing about the business model is that earning more money doesn’t have to mean working more hours. It’s a case of maximising participation across your programmes to deliver a healthy financial result and we’ll be there every step of the way to support you in your journey.
If you submit the enquiry form on this page our Director Luke Chadwick will be in touch to share some more information and our Franchise Information Guide. Once you’ve had a read through the document you will have the opportunity to meet Luke for an initial Zoom call or face to face meeting. The recruitment process will include a number of meetings, both online and face to face. We’d love to hear from you and the very least you’ll gain from submitting your enquiry is the chance to find out more and connect with the Football Fun Factory team.
