REPORTING A CONCERN
If you have non urgent concerns about the welfare of a child or adult outside of a Football Fun Factory session, these should be reported to your local authority’s children or adult social care team using the relevant safeguarding referral process for your area.
If you are concerned that a member of Football Fun Factory staff, coach, volunteer or participant within a Football Fun Factory session has:
- Behaved in a way that has harmed or may have harmed, a child or adult
- Possibly committed a criminal offence
- Behaved in a way that suggests they be unsuitable to work with children or adults
Please report this as soon as possible. Football Fun Factory will take all concerns seriously and, where appropriate, will work closely with the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) or adult social care professionals to seek guidance and determine next steps.
