FAQ'S

A franchise is a ready-made, proven business model where you’ll licence the know-how, procedures, intellectual property and use of the Football Fun Factory brand. The Football Fun Factory franchise means that you will be the Head Coach for your FFF community, operating a football coaching franchise business, delivering our truly unique, fun and exciting football experiences.
Typically, during term time you’ll deliver 3 evening coaching sessions and a weekend tots session. During the daytime you’ll spend your time administering, marketing and promoting your experiences and working with your Head Coach colleagues. In the school holidays you’ll deliver our fun and exciting Football Fun Camps. Each month you’ll also deliver birthday parties and events.
At the Football Fun Factory your success is our success! The more children that attend your programmes, the more profit you make and in turn, the more successful the overall organisation becomes. We pride ourselves on setting our franchisees up for success, with a first-class onboarding and initial training programme and intense support over the first 3 months. After the 3 month launch phase you’ll receive continued support through development meetings with the FFF Consultancy Team and weekly team meetings with the other Head Coaches within your network.
There are two main types of fees associated with franchising. The initial franchise fee covers the setup costs of your business including your very own set of football inflatables! You’ll be charged a monthly ‘service management fee’ for the ongoing support you’ll receive to help make your business a success. The monthly fees are charged as a percentage instead of a fixed fee, meaning that we grow together and that you will only need to pay fees that you can afford.
The best thing about being a business owner is that you are in control of your earning potential! As part of the recruitment process we will share the FFF business plan with you, as you develop your understanding of how the franchise works and the rewards it can bring. The sky is the limit with regards to your earning potential and many of our franchisees are earning far more in their role as Head Coach than they have in previous job roles elsewhere. The great thing about the business model is that earning more money doesn’t have to mean working more hours or running more sessions. It’s a case of maximising participation across your programmes to deliver a healthy financial result and we’ll be there every step of the way to support you in your journey.
If you submit the enquiry form on this page our Director Luke Chadwick will be in touch to share some more information and our franchise prospectus. Once you’ve had a read through the document you will have the opportunity to meet Luke for an initial Zoom call or face to face meeting. The recruitment process will include a number of meetings, assessing the viability of the FFF franchise in your local community and a coaching assessment. We’d love to hear from you and the very least you’ll gain from submitting your enquiry is the chance to find out more and connect with the Football Fun Factory team.
