At the Football Fun Factory we pride ourselves in the support we provide all of our Head Coaches (franchisees) we work in partnership with them to build, grow, and develop their businesses to allow them to work in the football industry coaching football and having a hugely positive impact in their local communities. Although still very young in franchising we know the key to success is offering the utmost support to those who have put their trust in us to work together to achieve fantastic results.
The support starts at the very beginning of the Discovery Phase, once a potential Head Coach shows an interest in our opportunities and sets up a first call they will work with me in a relaxed informal way getting to know each other a little better and learning more of what the FFF has to offer, I will share some further information and if discussions go well it will lead to a coaching observation where the potential Head Coach will get to experience our programmes first hand and deliver a session at one of our programmes. This will also be the opportunity to meet our co-founders James and Jonny and a two-way decision will be made whether we move forward with a franchise.
If both parties agree to move forward we will then start the business planning phase where the recruits are introduced to our brilliant launch specialist Darryl who will work with them to identify and secure venues, research competition in the local area, set a price point, and building a support coach network. It’s an extensive process that sets our franchisees up for success. This all leads into an onboarding day where we welcome cohorts of Head Coaches to our Head Office to go through delivery training with our co-founder and incredible head of delivery Jonny, and some work with our inspirational founder James on the culture of the FFF, marketing expertise with Kiefer our Franchise Operations manager, and content creation with the masters of content Oli and Adam.
Our social media game does set us apart and the work Oli and Adam do with all of our Head Coaches allows them to showcase themselves and the Football Fun Factory incredibly. Every Head Coach receives a personal media suite worth thousands of pounds as we look to offer maximum value to all of our franchisees. The onboarding days are very special and a brilliant opportunity to build relationships and in bed our newest recruits into our ever-growing team.
After the onboarding day, the cohort of Head coaches that attend will work with Darryl intently for the next 100 days up to and through the launch of their franchise. After the 100 days, the Head Coaches will then join another small group headed up by one of our superstar lead head coaches. Our lead Head Coaches are those who have smashed through our white performance and are role model head coaches who support small groups of head coaches all at different stages of their journey to support the growth of their franchises. The work our lead head coaches do is fantastic and has seen huge success throughout the whole organisation. They are supported by Kiefer who works tirelessly to make sure every individual head coach is receiving the support they need.
Add to that a world-class website and booking system we truly believe that everything is there for our franchisees to build a business to flourish, doing something they love. Like I said at the start we pride ourselves in the support we offer and work incredibly hard in service of all of our team!
