Each month, we focus on one of our six values. Each value will shape everything from our sessions to social media as we explore and put in to practice the meaning of each value throughout the year
At the FFF, positivity is at the heart of everything we do.
Every session, conversation, and challenge is an opportunity to inspire children and help them believe in themselves.
Our coaches are trained to create uplifting environments where encouragement comes first, effort is celebrated, and mistakes are seen as part of learning.
By modelling enthusiasm, kindness, and optimism, we help children develop a positive mindset that supports not only their football journey, but their confidence and wellbeing beyond the pitch.
It’s simple: every child belongs at the FFF.
We are committed to creating a welcoming space where children of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences feel valued and supported.
Through inclusive coaching practices, thoughtful session design, and a culture of acceptance, we teach children to embrace differences, support one another, and celebrate what makes each person unique.
Our aim is to ensure every child feels safe, respected, and confident to be themselves.
Because football should be for every child, and every child belongs at the FFF.
We believe children learn best by example.
At the FFF, responsibility is woven into everything we do, from maintaining safe, trusted environments to encouraging children to take ownership of their actions.
Our coaches model accountability, fairness, and reliability, helping children understand the importance of respect, teamwork, and commitment.
On and off the pitch, we empower children to make positive choices, care for each other, and take pride in being responsible members of their team and community.
Football at the FFF is about so much more than the game, it’s about connection.
We place huge value on helping children build friendships, learn social skills, and feel part of something.
Through group activities, cooperative challenges, and shared celebrations, children learn how to communicate, support one another, and form lasting friendships that last long after our sessions end.
Building friendships is just as important to us as scoring goals, because feeling connected helps children grow in confidence and happiness.
Respect is at the core our entire organisation.
We teach children to treat others with empathy, kindness, and humility, while also respecting themselves.
Our coaches demonstrate respectful behaviour in every interaction, reinforcing positive communication, fair play, and understanding.
We honour each child’s individual journey, value the trust parents place in us, and celebrate the diverse communities we serve, helping children grow into thoughtful, respectful individuals both on and off the pitch.
At the FFF, we focus on developing brilliant humans, not just footballers.
Our sessions are designed with personal development in mind, building confidence, resilience, teamwork, and character through fun, engaging football experiences.
We encourage children to challenge themselves, try new things, and learn from both success and setbacks.
By prioritising personal development alongside football skills, we help children grow into confident, capable individuals who carry these lessons with them for life.
