The progress of an FFF Head Coach! Learn about our Management Franchisees

It’s so pleasing to see more of our current superstar Head Coaches take the next step in their journey’s with us as Management Franchisees.

On our latest Onboarding Day we welcomed four FFF stalwarts and absolute legends to boot. Blair Gray, Andy Killick, Sam Ioannides, and Jon Radford came and joined us for a day of training and content creation as these guys are set to have an even bigger impact in their local community.

Our Management Franchise is offered to Head Coaches who have reached a brilliant level of performance within their current community and we work with them to grow even more sessions for local children and it really does make the sky the limit for their flourishing businesses!

Blair was our first Head Coach in Scotland and has been a real superstar since day 1. a real role model of a Head Coach who has gone from strength to strength since launching in Kilmarnock and Troon. Blair has so much passion for giving children a positive experience and will now be giving more children than ever before the opportunity to participate in Football Fun Factory programmes in his local community.

Jon down in Exeter has grown his community to mammoth proportions already and is the go-to football man in the south-west, he has built an incredible franchise and has such a positive impact in his community supporting charities, grassroots football, primary schools, as well as the local football team Exeter City. A former franchisee of the year with the Football Fun Factory Jon is now taking the next step of his business development as ever supported by his wonderful wife Becky as Exeter is set for even more football fun!

Andy has a thriving FFF community in Cambourne, Huntingdon and Gamlingay and what a journey he’s been on to become a Management Franchisee, starting as a support coach with super Kiefer McAlinden Andy learned the ropes from one of the very best before taking the reigns as a Head Coach. And what a brilliant job he has done driving participation with his ability to engage and inspire children to fall in love with the game. We’re all so proud and excited to see Andy continue to drive the business forward in his community.

And last but certainly not least Sam, another superstar who began his journey support coaching with Kiefer before building a very special business in Bedfordshire. Sam has a larger-than-life personality which is so infectious. I’ll never forget Sam’s coaching observation and the way he made every child feel special and them all having a massive smile on their face. Sam is an incredible football coach and hugely ambitious to continue to grow participation, with the management franchise allowing him to do just that.

It’s so rewarding seeing the journey all these guys have been on and cannot wait to see what the future holds as they further develop their businesses creating special memories for the children in their local communities that will last a lifetime!
