Making an impact all over the world has always been the long-term objective at the Football Fun Factory, as we continue to grow we want to see children around the globe enjoying our truly unique football experiences and having fun enjoying our programmes in a pressure-free environment, in the same way as tens of thousands of children are currently doing across the UK and Ireland.
Now in this blog I want to talk about Ireland and the impact our Superstar Head Coaches are having across the Irish sea! We currently have 7 of them doing a wonderful job spreading the FFF message and having a truly brilliant impact in their local communities, four in Northern Ireland led superbly by Master Franchisee Kiefer McAlinden and three superstars flying the flag in the Republic of Ireland.
Just a couple of months ago we held an event over in Longford where Jonny and Oli headed across to catch up with some of the guys who got together to deliver a fun day of activities in Rob’s local community and it was certainly a memorable day with over 100 children in attendance and plenty of smiles to boot. It also showed what the FFF is all about with the Head coaches working together, some travelling across the country to be there and make the day so special.
The commitment all of our Head Coaches show is amazing as they follow their passion of coaching children’s football and become part of our team becoming proud franchise owners. Rob was our first Head Coach in the Republic of Ireland which was hugely exciting for us all as it was our first overseas franchise and seeing the growth Rob has had has really whetted the appetite to grow across Ireland and fulfil the demand we have for our programmes. But of course, we can only do that with the right people and Rob most definitely fits the mould perfectly.
Since then we have added Chris and Jack to the team. Chris in Dublin is an amazing character with a huge amount of experience in football coaching, as soon as he became aware of the Football Fun Factory he wanted to be a part of it and from the moment I met him I knew he would be an absolute superstar! Jack is an FFF stalwart after building a hugely successful franchise in Birmingham he recently moved to Galway to begin a new adventure taking the FFF with him and we’re so glad he did. The kids in Chris and Jack’s local communities are certainly in for a treat!
And over in Northern Ireland, the team is just as special with Ian in Lurgan, Michael in Portadown, Noel in Derry, and Chris in Antrim who has recently launched his programmes. All of these are without doubt brilliant football coaches but even more importantly wonderful people who are so passionate about not only coaching the beautiful game but using it as a vehicle to develop positive life skills for every child in attendance at their sessions. Getting to know these guys on our onboarding days has been such a pleasure and I’m so proud to call them teammates.
We’re so excited about the potential of continuing to grow across the whole of Ireland in the coming months adding even more superstars to our team and as always most important of all seeing more children having fun!
