Superstars Incoming! – Learn about our newest Head Coaches!

It’s that time again when we welcome the latest cohort of superstar Head Coaches joining our incredible team! Last month we hosted our final onboarding day of 2024. This has been a momentous year of new head coaches joining our ever-growing team. This year we have awarded over 40 franchises to passionate football coaches from across the UK and Ireland who we have supported in fulfilling their ambition of becoming owners of their own football coaching company! Our latest superstars will be marking the new year with the launch of their communities and we cannot wait to see them fly!

It’s with great pleasure that I can introduce them, as more children than ever before will be running around in the famous blue and yellow, enjoying our unique experiences in 2025!

Anna will launch in Sittingbourne, Rainham, and Sheppey; we are so happy she is. It’s so good to welcome another female Head Coach to the team and Anna has a real passion to make fun football sessions accessible in her community. An experienced teacher and coach, she is a huge advocate of increasing girls’ participation in football and will be without doubt an incredible role model to the children attending her programmes.

Next up is Grant who will be delivering programmes in Chatham, Lordswood, and Strood. From the moment I met Grant his enthusiasm for coaching was plain to see. He had been following the FFF for some time, originally learning about us when picking up tips from Jonny’s social media to use in his grassroots training session. Grant’s ethos and values align completely with ours of how football should be coached to young children and we can’t wait to see his programmes up and running!

Onto superstar Mike who is a highly experienced coach who ran a team for 20 years before coaching his daughter’s grassroots team, with a wealth of knowledge he understands how powerful football can be to develop positive life skills and delivers sessions in a calm, fun way that I’m sure the kids in his community will love! Mike will be launching in Boston and Skegness spreading more football fun around Lincolnshire!

Ryan is next on the list and he is primed and set to launch in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Golborne, and Haydock. His ambition has always been to work in football and that is now turning into reality as a superstar Head Coach. As a grassroots coach Ryan has seen the positive impact that participating in football can have for children and we can’t wait to see him offer even more opportunities for children to take part in the game within the football fun factory’s unique programmes.

The next part of the country that will soon be seeing the Football Fun Factory is Nottingham, a city that has football in its veins and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to be taking the FFF there in Gio. Gio has come out of the education sector to join our team, with a degree in sports coaching and a wealth of experience delivering PE in schools he really is a fantastic coach who’s engagement with children is first class.

Up next is Graham who we are massively excited to see launch his programmes in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Alfreton, and Ripley. Graham is very well known in his local community for the work he does in grassroots football, he already works tirelessly giving children the opportunity to take their first steps in the game, he will now also be doing that in the blue and yellow of the FFF. Graham is everything you want in a coach, knowledgeable, caring, and loads of fun!

And last but by no means least is Jay and Jess who will be working in partnership to bring football fun to Coventry. It’s been a pleasure getting to know these guys through the discovery phase and with their character, enthusiasm, and experience I know what superstars they will be. They both have so much passion for their local community and bringing the experiences of the FFF there. The way they work together has been great to see and we’re counting the days down to January to see them launch!

So there we have it, the epic 8 ready to bring football fun to their communities at the start of 2025 to get the year off to a flying start. Please join me in welcoming them all to our team and I’m sure that they are going to fly!
