A Massive Welcome to Our New Superstars!
Last week, we welcomed our March onboarding cohort to Cambridge for our second onboarding day of the year. We’re thrilled to introduce six amazing new franchisees who are now part of the Football Fun Factory family!
It’s been a pleasure getting to know this passionate group during the Discovery Phase. Each one is a brilliant fit for the FFF, and they’ll soon be launching our fun-filled programmes in their local communities. With the support of our launch specialists, Darryl and Ben, they’ve worked through their business plans, and now it’s all systems go for launching their sessions!

I’m delighted to introduce each of them and share where they’ll be operating:
⚽ Ben Espley – Redditch & Bromsgrove
Ben is a fantastic coach with experience across all age groups, from toddlers to young adults. A lifelong Aston Villa fan and a high-level talented player himself, Ben brings big ambition and a true love for the game. We can’t wait to see him fulfil it at the Football Fun Factory!

⚽ Richard Slevin – Hinckley, Lutterworth & Broughton Astley
Richard has spent the past 12 years as a secondary school PE teacher, with a huge passion for educating young people through sport. A proud parent, Richard loves to watch his son play football and can’t wait to bring the FFF’s unique experiences to families in his area. He is another massive football fan who over the years has visited every football stadium in the EFL!

⚽ Jake Bristowe – Plymouth & Ivybridge
We’re buzzing to welcome Jake, a UEFA B-qualified coach. Jake’s got bags of personality and enthusiasm and it’s been fantastic getting to know him through the Discovery Phase. A former Exeter City Academy player, Jake has experienced the highs and lows of professional football and is now committed to making a positive impact through the game in his community.

⚽ Carl Owen – Hertford & Cheshunt
Carl has followed the Football Fun Factory journey for a while, and now he’s officially part of the team! With over 30 years of grassroots coaching experience, an infectious personality, and a love for Manchester United, Carl is the kind of person who brings joy wherever he goes. He’s the sort of guy that you want to be in the presence of, and we can’t wait to see Carl launch.

⚽ Nurul Hoque – Oldham
Nurul Hoque is all set to kick off our programmes in Oldham, a community he is so passionate about. As a director at Oldham Greenhill Community Sports Centre, he’s already making a difference by offering sporting opportunities. A qualified Level 5 referee and another Manchester United fan, we couldn’t be happier that Nurul is the one to grow the FFF in the North West.

⚽ Stuart Bell – Carrickfergus & Newtownabbey (Northern Ireland)
Flying the FFF flag in Northern Ireland, Stuart brings a degree in Football Coaching and Business Management and over 13 years of experience in coaching, which I’m sure will hold him in good stead in becoming a franchisee and growing our superstar team out there. With his big personality and coaching talent, children in his area are in for something truly special.

So there you have it, six more superstars joining our amazing team! Please join me in giving a warm Football Fun Factory welcome to Ben, Richard, Jake, Carl, Nurul, and Stuart – six incredible individuals who are about to start an amazing journey with us. We can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make in their communities!
