TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the Football Fun Factory October Friendship Referral Prize Draw, entrants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Football Fun Factory (“Football Fun Factory” or “the Promoter”).

The prize is provided by Haven. Haven is not responsible for the administration of the prize draw or the selection of the winner.

2. Campaign Period

The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 October 2026.

Referrals made or completed outside of this period will not qualify for entry.

3. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to existing Football Fun Factory customers aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, subject to any Haven-specific eligibility requirements.

Employees of Football Fun Factory, its franchise network, Haven, and anyone directly involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive an entry into the prize draw:

• An active Football Fun Factory subscriber must refer a friend to Football Fun Factory.
• The referred friend must register for a Football Fun Factory three-week free trial during the campaign period.
• The referred friend must provide the name or requested details of the person who referred them when completing their registration.

Each successful qualifying referral will provide the referring customer with one entry into the prize draw.

Customers may refer more than one friend. Each separate qualifying referral will result in an additional entry, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a Haven holiday consisting of:

• An off-peak three-night weekend break
• Silver or Gold equivalent three-bedroom accommodation
• Accommodation for up to eight people
• Play Passes included
• A choice of any Haven holiday park, subject to availability

The holiday is subject to Haven’s standard booking terms and availability.

6. Prize Restrictions

The prize is for an off-peak break and is subject to Haven’s availability and applicable booking conditions.

Travel to and from the selected Haven holiday park is not included. Any food, drink, additional activities, upgrades, spending money or other costs not expressly stated as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they meet any applicable Haven booking and park requirements.

7. Winner Selection

Following the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries received during the campaign period.

The draw will take place within 7 days of the campaign closing.

Having multiple qualifying referrals increases the number of entries a customer has in the draw but does not guarantee that they will win.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details held by Football Fun Factory.

Football Fun Factory may initially contact the relevant franchisee to assist with contacting the winning customer and arranging the information required to fulfil the prize.

The winner must respond and claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period or is found to be ineligible, Football Fun Factory reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

9. Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Football Fun Factory and Haven reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.

The prize cannot be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly agreed by Haven.

10. Verification of Entries

Football Fun Factory reserves the right to verify referrals before including an entry in the prize draw.

Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated or incorrectly attributed referrals may be excluded.

Football Fun Factory reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes these Terms & Conditions have been breached or an attempt has been made to manipulate the promotion.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal information provided in connection with the promotion will be processed for the purposes of administering the prize draw, verifying entries, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.

Where necessary, the winner’s relevant personal information may be shared with Haven for the purpose of arranging and fulfilling the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Football Fun Factory’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Entrants’ personal information will not be used for additional marketing purposes solely as a result of entering this prize draw unless the entrant has separately provided the appropriate consent.

12. Publicity

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Any use of the winner’s name, image or other personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to the appropriate permissions and applicable data protection requirements.

13. General

Football Fun Factory reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Football Fun Factory accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not successfully recorded due to technical or other issues outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights entrants may have elsewhere in the UK.

14. Haven Conditions

The holiday prize is subject to Haven’s applicable booking terms and conditions, park rules and availability.

In the event of a conflict relating specifically to the booking or use of the Haven holiday, Haven’s applicable booking conditions will apply.
