It’s been quite a year at the Football Fun Factory with loads going on as always! And we’ve been super busy welcoming brand new superstar Head Coaches to our team. Later this month we will be welcoming our final cohort of new Head Coaches this year who will be beginning their journeys as franchise owners. The big news of 2024 has been the announcement that we now have over 100 Head Coaches running Football Fun Factory programmes the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland all having a hugely positive impact in their local communities.
And the most exciting thing is that this is just the tip of the iceberg for our ever-growing business. To have over 100 Head Coaches facilitating football fun for tens of thousands of children is without doubt a wonderful thing but our goal is much bigger than that and we won’t rest until as many children as possible have the opportunity to join in the fun! We have huge ambitions of growing our business worldwide and to do that we need to continue our growth closer to home and continue to be the market leader of children’s football coaching on home soil.
This year we have had close to 40 new Head Coaches join our team which is fantastic and with interest in our franchise opportunity at an all-time high we don’t expect that to slow down, but it’s also of utmost importance that we grow sustainably and most importantly with the right people who share in our ethos of how football should be coached to the next generation supporting children to have a brilliant experience and falling in love with the game.
Every calendar year we have five onboarding days where new Head Coaches join our team, these take place in January, March, July, August, and November with franchises launching 6 weeks later in the most effective months to launch the business. This has been a tried and tested formula that has seen our superstars hit the ground running with the launch of their business. Every onboarding day has a maximum of 10 Head Coaches on it to ensure that everyone receives the maximum support when launching their business, this is something we pride ourselves on, being with our team at every step of the journey.
With a number of our new Head Coaches going through the business planning for our January onboarding we are already getting ready for what I’m sure will be a hugely exciting 2025! As this year draws to a close and people make plans for next year thinking about new opportunities and that ‘new year, new me’ mantra, I would strongly advise any passionate football coaches to look into our Head Coach opportunities and find out more.
