Oh Boy, what a year! A blog by Luke Chadwick

This year has seen us onboard more Head Coaches than ever before, with close to 40 superstars joining us. This has taken our team to over 100 in our franchise network. Every single one of them has a massive passion for coaching football and using the beautiful game for child development.

As always, at the FFF, we have big plans to keep growing and offer as many children as possible the opportunity to play football in a fun, pressure-free environment. We are endeavouring to put football on the doorsteps of parents and children nationwide. Don’t get me wrong; we have had a solid start to our business journey, but we’ve still got a long way to go to get to where we want to be, and that is hugely exciting!

When we look at our heat map of where our programmes are running, there are still so many areas we have yet to launch, which means there are still so many huge opportunities for passionate football coaches to join our team. Something I really love about our Head Coach role is that it gives people the chance to start their very own business in the area where they live and have such a passion to create positive experiences for the children to enjoy in that community.

Our aim is to recruit 50 new superstar Head Coaches in 2025, a bold and ambitious target that we’re confident of achieving but fully aware it’s going to be challenging and that’s just how we like it! The business has grown exponentially this year which has meant the Head Office team doubling in size to allow us to continue to support our current Head Coaches to the highest possible standard and to carry on sustainably growing the business. With our co-founders James and Jonny’s commitment to reinvest in the business it has allowed the flywheel to continue to turn at an incredible rate.

The goal of our organisation has always been the same, to become the world’s leading children’s football coaching company offering unique football experiences that create memories for children and families that last a lifetime. Of course we still have a long, long way to go to achieve this goal but this year has most definitely taken us closer and given us all huge confidence in what we can achieve. The appetite has well and truly been wetted and we’re ready to attack 2025 with a renewed vigour and can’t wait to see the FFF grow and even more children enjoy our programmes!
