5.1 – Onboarding & Initial Training
Once it has been agreed that you will become a Head Coach and franchisee at the Football Fun Factory you will be provided with a copy of our Operations Manual. Reading this document will prepare you well for your onboarding day.

The initial onboarding of franchisees is delivered via a one-day event with the founders James Cutting and Jonny Martin, as well as other members of the Head Office team. On the day the content will be split into 4 key areas:
– Culture
– Social media
– Operations and Administration
– Delivery

James and Jonny will guide you through the headline areas of your role as Head Coach, within a cohort of Head Coaches who will be beginning their journey with the FFF at the same. On the day, you will be given access to the Head Coach community, where you will complete your training over the coming days and weeks. This online platform will guide you through every aspect of your role as Head Coach to set you up for success.
