4.3 – Training
In the same way that we set you up for success through an onboarding and training programme, it is your job as a Head Coach to set your team up for the same levels of success through training. The Football Fun Factory business model does not include any employed staff other than you, as the Head Coach and Director of your Limited Company. Therefore your focus should be on training your assistant coaches, who will be self-employed sub-contractors for your business.
4.3.1 – Employed Staff
As detailed in Section 4.1 it is not recommended that you employ any staff other than yourself within your franchise. Should you decide to do so in the future it will be your responsibility to train any staff for the appropriate roles given.
4.3.2 – Sub-Contractors
Your assistant coaches that support your programmes will be self-employed sub-contractors. Their training is provided via the ‘FFF Assistant Coach Community’ that you will give them access to when sending the template email welcoming them on board as an assistant coach.
The training includes a number of modules designed to educate your assistant coaches about the Football Fun Factory and the role that they will play as an assistant coach.
You can monitor their completion of the training within the platform and should check in with them afterwards to see if they have any questions or feedback about the training that they have received.
