4.2 – Documentation
There are a number of documents that you will need to provide sub-contractor assistant coaches with. These documents are uploaded to the ‘FFF Assistant Coach Community’, that your Sub-Contractor coaches will be given access to. When you onboard a new assistant coach you will need to send them the template email providing them with access to the platform.

The documents available to the sub-contractors are as follows:

Sub-Contractor ‘Assistant Coach’ Agreement
All assistant coaches will need to read, sign and return a copy of our agreement, prior to starting any coaching with the Football Fun Factory.

FFF Non-Negotiables
All assistant coaches will need to read our non-negotiables for delivery within our programmes. These form part of the Assistant Coach training, via the online community platform.

In addition to the documentation that you will provide for your assistant coaches, they will need to provide a number of key documents to you ahead of any coaching delivering, as follows:
– Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
– Child Safeguarding Certification
– First Aid Qualification

Copies of the above documents must be sent to the Football Fun Factory Designated Safeguarding Officer, prior to the assistant coach delivering within your programmes.
