4.1 – Your Role As An Employer
It is your duty as an employer to protect the health, safety and welfare of any employees and other people who might be affected by your business.

4.1.1. – Employed Staff
The Football Fun Factory franchise business model does not include any employees other than you, the Head Coach and Director of your company. If, however, you decide to employ any staff members there will be a number of considerations for you to take into account. As employing staff sits outside of our core business model for a franchisee, our recommendation would be to seek advice or support from a HR consultant.

4.1.2 – Sub-Contractors
You will have a small group of self-employed sub-contractors who fulfil the role of ‘Assistant Coach’ within your programmes. It will be your duty to ensure that they have all of the necessary documentation and support to make their experience in this role as positive as it can be.
