1 – About the Football Fun Factory

Introduction

The Football Fun Factory was created in 2017 by James Cutting and began franchising in 2019, when Jonny Martin became the Co-Founder of Football Fun Factory (Franchising) Limited. Since this time, the organisation has grown rapidly as more superstar Head Coaches have joined our team. Despite this early progress, the success of the FFF so far is just a drop in ocean compared to the overall ambitions of the founders, which are set out in our Mission, Vision and Values as outlined below.

Mission Statement
The Football Fun Factory was created to provide incredible childhood football experiences, for boys and girls of all ages and ability levels, eliminating barriers to opportunity. We use the nation’s passion for football as a vehicle for child development, delivering truly unique experiences to make memories that last a lifetime.

Vision
To become the ‘World’s leading children’s football coaching organisation’.

Values
The values of the Football Fun Factory are 1. Safety, 2. Fun, 3. Development – in that order.
