Football Fun Factory in Northern Ireland: What a year we’ve had!

As we reflect on 2024, we can’t help but smile at the incredible journey the Football Fun Factory in Northern Ireland has been on… Here’s a look back at some of the highlights that made this year.

In January, we proudly welcomed our third franchisee, Noel, to the Football Fun Factory family. Noel hit the ground running in Derry, bringing the magic of football to hundreds of children and their families. His passion and enthusiasm have made a huge impact, setting the stage for a thriving Football Fun Factory community in the city.

July was a huge month! Noel and Michael joined the Football Fun Factory Head Office support team in Longford, to deliver Football Fun & Development and Tots Football Fun programs to hundreds of children.

The month got even better as Head Coach Chris Boucher officially launched his community in Antrim. Chris has been an exceptional addition, spreading the joy of football and creating a safe, inclusive space for children to play, grow, and make friends.

Summer 2024 was one to remember as we held our very first Summer Football Fun Camps in Northern Ireland with hundreds of children attending in Gilford, Lurgan and Derry!

Over the course of the year, 1,517 children joined in with our programmes in Northern Ireland, an achievement that reflects the passion and commitment of our entire team.

2024 was also the year that Ian, Michael, and Noel made the decision to leave their full-time jobs to focus fully on their Football Fun Factory communities. Their commitment has been unreal, and it’s no surprise their communities are thriving.

To top it all off, we welcomed Natasha to the Northern Ireland Franchise Support Team. Natasha’s got big plans to help our Football Fun Factory family grow even stronger. With her support, we can’t wait to bring football fun to even more kids and communities across Northern Ireland.

As we wrap up an amazing 2024, we’re filled with excitement for what’s to come. Football Fun Factory is growing stronger every day, and we can’t wait to continue bringing football fun to more children, families, and communities in the years ahead.
